What steps will reproduce the problem?

max@max-Satellite-P100:~$ xcompmgr -n No composite extension

even if I have installed xcompmgr as results also by package manager

max@max-Satellite-P100:~$ ardesia --verbose

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? nothing happens

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
