I can tell you that this is not a generic issue happening on your windows version, so it is likely an incompatibility with another program or a faulty installation of 7plus. Have you tried reinstalling it?

I assume you properly applied the changes by clicking Apply or Ok and that you are using the latest (and 64-bit) version of 7plus, if not, please make sure you do and see if the problem persists.

old issue, since upraded OS, assume it was 'just a bug' (probably caused by me)
