Overrules WizMouse

Reproducible: Yes

Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Run 7plus 2. Run WizMouse 3. Try to scroll unfocused windows

Expected output: Unfocused windows are scrollable (due to WizMouse's functionality)

Actual output: Unfocused windows are not scrollable

7plus version: 2.5.0, binary, 64-bit

Operating system version: Windows 7 64-bit

Operating system language: English (United Kingdom)

Did you disable the Explorer scrolling feature in 7plus?
