It was failing due to missing indexes on footprint2009dev and footprint2009qa. Tim, I kicked off "appcfg.py update_indexes" for fp2009dev, fp2009qa, and servicefootprint. The new indexes are still building. Please take a look later and see if indexes are done building, and if your code works. Note that on live site all the previously-existing entities won't have liked_last_modified defined, so make sure the query works over that data.
