The app would have to load all of your photosets and all of the photos inside them before being able to display anything. Facebook would timeout before this could be done, and the page would never be displayed. Will try to come up with something for this, but it's not a top priority. Go to the homepage (http://apps.facebook.com/flickrsets/) and click "Update Now" under the Profile box section. This should fix the links on the profile box.
