Project Goals:
Add more to the implementation of the win32 rich edit features, starting with Tables, and remaining time can be devoted to implementing richedit's windowless mode, and fixing richedit related bugs.

Project Benefits:
Wine will be able to handle the loading of Rich Text Format (*.rtf) files that use tables.

Project Schedule:
- Start with developing Wine's richedit implementation of tables.
- If sufficient time is available, then I could work on implement Richedit's Windowsless mode for Wine. There is only a sub implementation right now, so there's lots of room for improvement.
- Any remaining time can be spent fixing bugs in Richedit. There are still many remaining including bug IDs 709, 3254, 12311, 5986, 7230, 5162...
