Moodle development could get very rigorous when developers don’t have necessary tools such as Integrated Development Environment (IDE) to support their project.

For Google Summer of Code 2008, I would like to develop the Moodle Integrated Development Environment (IDE) through open source IDE, Eclipse (www.eclipse.org). The IDE should consist: Eclipse, necessary plug-ins, Moodle splash screen, CVS Configuration, Apache, MySQL, necessary libraries, and Moodle CVS code.
