The main goal is enhace Gendarme to be more useful to Mono Project itself.

We have more rules than other years, but a lot of rules are in a design scope and are useful to the project, but we can put an special effort for improve the usefulness to the Mono project.

There are 4 key tasks, that I thought, could improve the usefulness:

* Apply the existing rules.
* Write new rules, putting special effort in write useful rules for implementing the class libraries.
* Apply the new rules to the class libraries.
* Automated Gendarme Reports generation and publication.
