Galaxium is a multi-protocol instant messenger written using Mono/Gtk#. It is a big project with over 115.000 lines of C# code. It is also a very promising project, with the ability to offer serious competition to Pidgin, but it requires some work in several areas until it can be seen as serious competition. Nuff said, my proposal is to "Make Galaxium Instant Messenger Rock".

During this summer, I want to work in several key areas to make Galaxium easily accessible to all users and distro's. With my work I want to ensure that Galaxium can offer the full multimedia experience of all popular instant messaging applications.
