PiTiVi is an open source, non-linear, non-destructive video
editor that shows great promise. Last summer I helped implement a
minimal feature set. This summer, I wish to continue working on
PiTiVi to provide more crucial features, including: still image
support, transitions, and titles. Optional goals would include a
media capture interface, external edit controller support, and
contributions to the advanced timeline.
