My proposal is primarily focussed at the development of graphical representation of the GNOWSYS knowledge base using GTK framework and
PyGTK wrappers. I will develop a full featured application over GNOWSYS knowledge base for the GNOME Desktop, representing GNOWSYS as a graphical navigator of the network similar to mind maps. Thus Gnowser will materialize as a tool for GNOME Desktop for the collaborative authoring and organization of knowledge unlike others based on QT tools like 'KDissert' and 'vym', which are stand alone applications.

If there's time left after the development of above application, I would integrate the import/export modules of SCORM , which I've already developed for the GNOWSYS and SELF platform .
