Web-CAT is a plug-in-based web application that supports electronic submission and automated grading of programming assignments, presently used by over 30 universities in the US and elsewhere.
Web-CAT has already a few plug-ins (http://web-cat.cs.vt.edu/WCWiki/EclipsePlugins) for student submission for Eclipse. However, there does not exist a grader's plug-in. Given how widely Eclipse is used as the standard IDE in the academic community, and the growing adoption of Web-CAT, a grader's plug-in can be especially helpful to instructor/markers.
