In order to apply as a candidate in the Google Qualified Developer Program, you must first read, agree with and accept all of the policies outlined in the Terms and Conditions (the "Rules"), and then review and prepare for the Program Requirements.

Another button at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions page will lead you to the Program Requirements. You will need to accept the Terms and Conditions in order to proceed.
At the bottom of the Program Requirements page you will find another button that will lead you to the Program Registration page. You will need to accept and be prepared to meet all Program Requirements in order to proceed.
Finally, you will be able to fill out the Program Registration form, and details for accessing the Learning Center will be sent to you.
