My goal with this plugin was to be as minimalistic as possible. It merely aims to extend the browser's title attribute to allow some styling and additional formatting. There's only a couple options so if you're looking for the primere tooltip suite then you're in the wrong place.
Working good across IE6,7,8, FF2&3, Chrome, and Safari. Styles are a little different in IE since I'm using some CSS3 effects.
Added a lazy mootools port. Not very clean but it works.
