By registering to Youloc and/or uploading data you agree to these terms of service:

• We provide Youloc as-is
• We don't promise or guarantee anything (including but not limiting to storing of data, availability of the service, development speed etc)
• We have full rights to change anything (including but not limiting to the TOS) without notice to you
• We are not responsible for any data or its accuracy submitted by the users
• We intend to protect your privacy by not sharing the user information to third parties.
• We intend to share the collected data to third parties to benefit other projects, like OpenBmap and OpenStreetmap, but not limiting to these
• We will keep Youloc Open Source and share the code
• We will share the track data with Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 Unported license

• You don't have any rights to demand anything from us
• You're responsible for everything you do
