I suspect that this could be a xulsword software issue in displaying certain
types of module, those which were encoded Latin-1 (by default) rather than
UTF-8.

The issue applies ONLY to xulsword standalone version 2.25 for Windows.
It seems to have been already solved in the xulsword add-on version 3.4 for
Firefox.
