Some really experimental extensions to Reinteract.

• rehtml.py - an extension to render html strings, ElementTrees and xml.dom Documents on the Reinteract shell. The support for ElementTree.Element on Reinteract is not perfect yet (see this thread).
• rere.py - an extension to present regular expression matches.
