What is this?

This program lets users easily create and deploy TCL-based IRC bots for the purposes of channel maintenance locally or remotely.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

To compile, put the code in the repository in a directory structure resembling /project/x-bot - then place the code from the OTSTDLIB repository into a directory structure resembling /project/otstdlib (such that the path from x-bot to otstdlib is ../otstdlib)

This project is considered complete, succeeded by the xbot4 project also hosted here on Google Code. However if you would like to continue development based on this source code, I would appreciate an e-mail so I can respond with some tips on what some of the code does, thanks.
