A little Windows command line program that downloads a picture from the web, converts it to bmp and then changes your Windows desktop background to this image.

This program was created to display the “Nearly-Live Planetary Desktop” pictures from Taint.org (http://taint.org/xplanet/). Combine this with your favourite scheduler and enjoy the “Nearly-Live Planetary Desktop”.
