You can track changes to the main plugin in the wordpress plugin SVN. The latest official development version available at svn.wp-plugins.org. (please note, this version may not be stable)

There is also an SVN version of the plugin available here on Google Code. This is the primary development version to which you can contribute if you would like to help with development. If you would like to contribute to the plugin, I will allow to access to this trunk version. Changes made here may then be made to the main development SVN if they are validated to work well.

Please note: Any WP Geo source code hosted here on Google Code is a test bed for contributed ideas and code and therefore should not be relied upon to be stable as the likelihood is it may not have been thoroughly tested.
