Description of change/new feature:
In order that the _NPCScan can together with _NPCScan.Overlay in the addon list 
of simplified chinese client, please remove the Title-zhCN in the toc file.

Oops, someone fixed this in April but I must have missed it here:
http://wow.curseforge.com/addons/npcscan/localization/zhCN/

Version 4.3.0.1 r1788 will use the English title.
