Wordbooker is a Wordpress plugin for "self hosted" Wordpress blogs (i.e. NOT Wordpress.com blogs) which links Wordpress user accounts to Facebook accounts.

It allows Facebook "wall" posts to be made when a user makes a post on their blog which links back to the main blog post.

Posting to Facebook "Fan" page walls is also supported if the user is an administrator for that page.
