Mouse wheel does not work in apps. wmii gives Button events.
(xev output is attached - no Button events there...)

Reproducable with rev. 1778 upwards. System is Ubuntu gutsy over a SunRay
thin client, using Sun's X server (Xnewt). Using wmii on this setup in
Xnest works okay.
