Move a lot of stuff around. I want Utility and Geometry to compile separately into stand-alone libraries/Frameworks. These can be reused within Wildcat or within other applications.

Found the blending bug. For some reason my initial settings for glBlendFun were being overwritten when the view attaches to the context. Not sure why this would happen. I don't think that I am doing it in my code. I fixed it by resetting the blend func values on every WCScene rendering pass. Not the most efficient solution, but it will work consistently. So, now the OSX port is all back together and running very nicely. On to the WX port over the next few days. G

Finish up the move to Kernel and fix a small keymap issue. Now only outstanding issue it render blending. Then on to the WX port to do the major fixes there.

Moving Kernel out from Workbenches and to TLD. Also moving keymap.* out of application and to kernel. Will be moving a number of things out of Application and into Kernel and will be changing Application to Kernel/Platform

A lot more clean up. Basic document create/open now mostly working. Still have to fix up a bunch of errors on Open. Also have some rendering issues. But really have made some good progress.

We are at least back to drawing a non-functional window. Still have a ways to go folks. But most of the tough stuff is over. Now to clean up the loose ends for OSX and then on to Win32. Sorry, but it will be a week or two before I can get Win32 running again.

Still reworking the way documents are created and OpenGL context are handled. This checkin should not unbreak anything.

Now there is one base context created in WCWildcatKernel and propogated into the individual contexts that are created in WCScene. Probably want to move ShaderManager and Texture manager to Kernel and pass them into Scene. Also need to completely redo NSOpenGLView to use the underlying Scene context instead of the inherited one. I am very certain that these changes will horribly break the Win32 version. I will try to resurrect it tomorrow.
