Installation

Windows - download the .exes to either install Whyteboard or run it "stand-alone"

Linux: Requires Python and wxPython.

UBUNTU:

• can download the .deb file, and install
• can install via Synaptic from https://launchpad.net/~sproaty/+archive/ppa/

OTHERS

• can use the .rpm file if you have a package manager that supports it

MAC/LINUX/WINDOWS

• Download the .tar.gz file
• Run whyteboard.py from the .tar.gz file. The program is confirmed to work well on Mac OS X.

Requirements (from source)

• Python 2.5 / 2.6 -- http://python.org/download/ - latest is always recommended
• wxPython 2.8.9.0 --http://www.wxpython.org/download.php - latest is always recommended

OPTIONAL (all platforms)

- ImageMagick -- http://www.imagemagick.net (to import/export PDF/PS files)
