Instead of focusing on the normal project related tasks, such as time lines, Gannt charts, work breakdown structures, and calculating project costs, whatwhat instead is more geared as a gathering place for all members of a project to keep informed on the current status of each other’s work, tasks, updates and issues. It’s a place to find out what’s what in a project and a way to keep you from saying “What? What?” in project meetings.
