This program uses biometric and image processing algorithms to identify individual whales at sea, based upon the unique shape and pattern of marking on their tail flukes.

It is intended for use by researchers studying migration or trying to estimate population sizes. The software is written in C# using Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Express edition.
