If you just need to see a different set of data you can change the date it uses. In cell A2 of the Monthly Spending sheet the value is: =DATE(YEAR(TODAY()),MONTH(TODAY())+1,0) Change this value to the last day of whatever month you want to see and the rest of the sheet will update itself to show the corresponding data. If you want to see more than three months at a time, you can use the Fill feature in Excel to extend the formulas down into more rows on each sheet.
