Yes indeed, yet another PHP-based web app platform! It consists primarily of classes that provide the following basic functionality:

• database access
• web user accounts and groups
• permissions
• database file storage
• generic content manager
• content meta-tagging
• threaded message board system
• blogging

The goal of this is to build a flexible blogging system that can be used by multiple user accounts on the same core installation.
