A Visual Studio add-in to provide detailed build time measurements

A limitation of Visual Studio (2005) is that it does not display the total build time of a solution.

Further, although project build times can be reported, they are scattered throughout the build output, displayed when each project is finished building. In a large, multi-project solution, identifying which projects are taking the longest can be difficult.

This add-in addresses both of these problems. When a multi-project build is complete the total build time will be reported and the duration of each of the projects will be displayed, sorted in descending duration.
