Python-based IP visualisation

Charles Darke's Visiglyphs ported (or semi-ported) to Python. I chose to port Visiglyphs rather than Identicons (the 'original' implementation) since I understand PHP better than any of the languages Identicon was ported to.

This is a direct port of the PHP implementation located at http://digitalconsumption.com/userfiles/1_glyph_O_zsRzU10f8dq4R-QCW4K_xg.zip.
