Vermouth is designed to help Developers and Customers manage issues and track the status of these issues. It was inspired by the ticket management section of trac, but expanded to include a customer interface. Developers can create multiple projects and customers can only see the projects they are associated with.

Vermouth runs entirely within the Amazon Web Services environment. Using Marajo, this system stores its information within SDB, so no backups are required.
