Logs and debug with VEGAS

Description

The vegas.logging package contains the logging classes of VEGAS.

Can the Logging model of VEGAS you can use the SOS console, the LuminicBox FlashInspector, FireBug console, etc.

The AS2, AS3, SSAS versions of the VEGAS logging model use a polymorphism with mx.logging package in AS3 framework.
