Veader is an android application created to read e-Book in 好讀 haodoo.net's pdb format.

The purpose of the project is to create a e-Book reader that provides the best usability.

Summary

I started this project and hope the create a ebook reader that can have the following feature:

1. easily jump to different section or chapter and pages.(done)
2. bookmark management.(done)
3. read text vertically. (done, thanks to nehan.js)
4. better library management.(done)
5. show background image(old paper, water) (done, with the help of webview, but that design will surrender some performance.)

Future plans:

1. This software provides and only provides the following feature:
   

1. apparence configurable (font size/color, background image)

1. directly download ebook from the internet.

1. convert character to display as gbk
