Variman is a RETS 1.0, 1.5, 1.7 and 1.7.2 compliant server. Variman is built on Java technology as a web application using servlets.

Minimal external installation requirements. Embedded Tomcat version requires only Java 1.5 and a relational database. Supports PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Microsoft SQLServer with either the JNetDirect JSQLConnect driver or jTDS.
