So, it was quite disappointing to discover the packages you release have heavy dependencies on the X windowing system. Presumably this is because of the UI you also package with it. Also, it depends upon OpenJDK when I already have the Sun JDK installed. Is it possible that any future release could have these dependencies removed? It would seem more flexible to let the user satisfy these particular dependencies as required. I am always concious that posts like this sound ungrateful.
