The Utah Open Source Foundation is dedicated to helping individuals and Local User Groups who use Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) by providing tools and an environment in which to thrive. UTOSC is an annual 3 day conference held in Utah to celebrate this community and encourage others to participate. UTOSF needs to manage this conference every year and while there are some great proprietary solutions, most of the open source solutions suck greatly. UTOSF is dedicated to improving this by writing a django based solution which will (hopefully) suck less than most. UTOSC Conference Manager (ConMan) will accomplish this task.
