Universal Template Translation Tools

With the Universal Template Translation Tools (UT3) it becomes really easy to translate static pages (e.g. HTML or DocBook). All strings which need to be internationalized are marked by delimiters. Afterwards they can be extracted to gettext's PO format.

We also provide a converter between PO and Qt's TS files for those people who are more comfortable with Qt Linguist.
