Blender Plugin Export For PSA(Animation Set)/PSK(Skeleton Mesh) Version 0.0.13 is stable for UT3. Working Plugin is Create by Darknet from UT3 Forum (http://utforums.epicgames.com/forumdisplay.php?f=20). There is a Downloads Tab for the blender plugin export for UT3. Untested for older version of the game, but it does work just with the old version but the bone error when crash.
Blender files are free to use and it in the Source Tab in the svn.
This give credits to the UT3 community and the people who help me to make game mod.
