Web2py application based on Mariano Reingart Web2py flatpages plugin.

uc_flatpages provides a basic wiki system that is multilingual capable if the uc_language plugin is installed as well.

Installing the plugin automatically creates a uc_flatpages administrator with the login "test@tester.com" and the password "test". The administrator is also automatically given the permission for the plugin_flatpages group.

The menu item Flatpages is added and the included documentation is displayed when selecting the Flatpages menu item.
