uc_blank is a "blank" Web2py application that is used as a template for other universal cake projects and applications. While some fixes may be applied to uc_blank and occationally it will be updated to reflect any changes in an "empty" web2py application, generally speaking limited changes will be made to uc_blank.

The project also contains the Google configuration we use for new projects.
