I expect from the user/show request an attribute indicating the user has
chosen not to use a background image, but this value is not in the response.  

 Issue 370  brought up the same bug.  It was resolved as "fixed" by alex, but
I don't see any new attributes that indicate that the user has chosen
"Don't use a background image".

 issue 370  did mention this but it failed to mention it was added to our V2 roadmap at 
http://apiwiki.twitter.com/V2-Roadmap

A better issue to reference is  issue 587 . Closing this as a duplicate of  issue 587 .
