Tunnelblick is a free, open source Graphic User Interface (GUI) for OpenVPN on Mac OS X. It provides easy control of OpenVPN client and/or server connections.

NEWS

2010-07-29: Tunnelblick 3.1beta10 is available on the Beta Releases page.

This primarily fixes bugs in 3.1beta08, but it also has a couple of new features. The full list of changes is in the Release Notes.

Tunnelblick 3.0 runs on OS X Tiger (10.4) and higher. It comes as a ready-to-use Universal application with all necessary binaries and drivers (including OpenVPN and tun/tap). No additional installation is necessary -- just add your configuration and encryption information.

An old version that works on OS X Panther (10.3) is Tunnelblick 2.0.1.

To use Tunnelblick you need access to a VPN server -- your computer is one end of the tunnel and the VPN server is the other end. For more information, see the VPN Service Providers page.

Tunnelblick is fully localized in English and German, with partial localization in French, Spanish, Korean, Chinese (simplified), Chinese (traditional), Catalan, Japanese, and Norwegian. If you can help with these or any other languages, please email project owner Jon.

Documentation includes a FAQ and a comprehensive guide to installing and using Tunnelblick.

Please use the discussion group for all problems, comments, or questions.
