The Tridion cookbook

A collection of "recipies" to allow Tridion code to be shared and discussed. These are not "building blocks" where the main purpose is direct re-use, although of course you are free to make use of them in that way if you find it useful. The emphasis, rather, is much more on stating a problem, proposing a solution, and then providing a discussion of the thinking behind the given solution. The discussion should give insights into when this solution is appropriate or not, and perhaps also give pointers to related techniques or recipies.

This project was only recently begun, so don't be surprised if there aren't too many recipies in the Cookbook just yet. Rumour has it that various contributors are beavering away frantically to put the finishing touches on their recipes. Watch this space!

What it isn't

It isn't the Tridion power tools project. There are some great efforts going on over there. Check it out!
