Google's toolbelt (Left search panel) is quite unnoticeable by most people. For experienced people who would like to filter the search results, it is tedious to click twice to get Google's advanced search features. And what is more, there is no persistence of the toolbelt open status!

This extension tries to open Google's toolbelt by default.
