What version of Titan Panel are you using and on what operating system?
4.3.0.30200 and O/S is Windows 7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have Cartographer loaded(v2.5.6) and Titan Panel
2. Move to a different Area
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Map stays at the same zoom level when moving to a different area. Map keeps
changing to current location instead of staying the same if i have the map
zoomed out.
