Discussion forums in Tinypug are arranged in a fairly traditional hierarchy with forums that contain discussion topics. Each discussion topic contains a number of posts.

Currently, only administrators can create forums. Any logged-in user can create a topic or a post within a topic.

We do not currently support the creation of anonymous topics or posts.
