Help Plugin for TinyMCE3

This "help plugin" is supposed to be a replacement for TinyMCE3's "about" dialogue. TinyMCE2.x used to offer in-editor help files in an additional tab of this about dialogue. This plugin's in-editor help functionality differs from the old one in that it also enables all loaded plugins to offer context-sensitive help pages from within their respective dialogue popup windows. A help icon will appear in those dialogue windows if a suitable help document is present for this particular dialogue.
