Welcome to Tigus Project

Tigus Project aims implementing a complete test generation and evaluation system. This involves applications (components) for question management, test generation, test evaluation and results publishing.

In the initial iteration, this involved writing several components in various languages to manage test data in various forms. This meant having separate tools for processing questions, generating the tests and correcting the tests, without any common framework. In the last years, while using the solution in production (for hundreds of tests), several flows in the generation-execution-checking process were identified.

Based on the knowledge gathered in this period, a rewrite of the system was decided in order to consolidate the use of the available components. The system architecture was redesigned to allow components to be brought in our taken out as desired. Multiple architecture layers working with common interfaces allow exchanging components and morphing the system depending on requirements.
