TheoPlan Project Manager is a complete project management software, that provides planning, time management and invoice at cost. TheoPlan Project Manager gives you always and everywhere the complete picture of your projects. The simply and clearly desktop minimizes the period of vocational adjustment, but you still have a powerful tool.

Planning projects

• Planning projects works like a Gantt diagram and can be done step by step. The tasks can be arbitrary nested.

Time registration

• Every staff member is able to enter the spend time on a project by himself. The internal role management makes sure, that every staff member sees only the projects he is planned to.

Charging

• You can set a fixed price per hour individually on every stuff member, and also to external stuff members. This allows you to find out at stage of planning the cost of the project. You can add some risk budget and expenses you know you will need.
